The Flava Trumpet Creeper is a spectacular vining plant with bright apricot-colored, trumpet-shaped flowers that grow in clusters amid dark green foliage. This plant blooms from early to late summer and is sure to flower the first year that it is planted. Extremely prolific, Flava Trumpet Creeper produces copious amounts of beautiful blooms all summer long.

This lovely vining plant grows to a height of 20 to 30 feet and a width of 5 to 8 feet. It is hardy and drought tolerant. It thrives in normal or loamy soil as long as the soil is moist and well-drained.

The Flava Trumpet Creeper is an energetic climber and quickly grows up and over a trellis, fence or wall. With a little help, its vines can thread their way through an archway to make a gorgeous embellishment to the structure. It is a lovely border if its vines are trained to lay upon the ground. Butterflies and hummingbirds love this plant and flock to partake of its nectar. Zones 4-9.
