A splendid sight in the border, containers, as a hedge, or in the foundation, this is a floribunda to enjoy all summer long.Introduced in 2007 by American breeder Keith Zary, Tuscan Sun™ sets masses of pointed buds in large clusters all over well-branched shrubs. The buds burst into high-centered blooms boasting the classic hybrid tea form and stunning color that combines burnt umber, orange, apricot, and rosy tones. Reaching an astonishing 4 inches wide, the flowers have a petal count of 26 to 40, and are splendid for cutting.
As impressive as the blooms is the foliage of this shrub. Resistant to powdery mildew and rust, it remains full and lush even in the heat and humidity of summer.
