3 Plants Total. A $30.85 Value - Only $24.95! Glorious Double-flowered Varieties in Vibrant Colors
From old-fashioned "hose-in-hose" to the latest peony-flowered beauties, this collection displays the majesty of columbines.
The beauty of Aquilegia is shown to magnificent advantage in this collection of strongly colored double-flowered varieties. An early-blooming perennial, Aquilegia helps to awaken the perennial garden each year, its distinctive flowers setting a tone of exquisite beauty and uncommon form. In this collection you will receive two types of flower form: the old-fashioned "Granny's Bonnet" (hose-in-hose) style as well as the peony-flowered layers of long, slender, very tightly packed petals. Perfect for cutting, they are a splendid sight in any setting.

| An exciting Columbine with double, upturned blooms that begin dark salmon, then mature to lavender-purple. This compact plant is tirelessly floriferous from mid-spring to midsummer, bringing butterflies and hummingbirds in to feast for many weeks. The large, petal-packed blooms resemble waterlilies in form and are excellent for cutting. Resistant to deer and rabbits, this bushy little plant requests only an autumn shearing to return for another season of heavy flowering. It self-sows liberally, so expect a large colony in just a few seasons! 12 to 18 inches high and wide. |

| One of the old common names for Aquilegia is Granny's Bonnet, and this exciting new cultivar really shows us why! The hose-in-hose blooms offer long, slender, pale pink spoon-shaped petals, very elegant as they dangle among blue-green foliage. A fine cut flower that lasts up to 2 weeks in the vase, this early bloomer repels nibbling rabbits but welcomes butterflies and hummingbirds to the perennial border.

| Bred specifically for cutting, this rich violet-blue combines double blooms with a long flowering time and better tolerance of sun. Expect these 1-inch blooms to continue all spring and into summer, cheerfully reseeding if the final blooms are allowed to dry out on the plant.
