Phlox subulata White Delight bears large, pure white flowers so profuse they overlap. Moss, or Mountain, Pinks are rapidly spreading plants, only 6 inches high with evergreen, needle-shaped, moss-like foliage, and are completely covered in April and May with fragrant, star-shaped flowers. The most popular of all rock garden subjects, and superb for low borders, banks, slopes, or tumbling over a stone wall. Plant in full sun in dry, well-drained soil. For extra vigorous growth, shear back after flowering. Zones 3-9.
