You'll enjoy the symmetry of these big, floppy, richly-colored blooms, which sport a bright white bee and open from the bottom up, so that a single stalk is in bloom for several weeks!This Delphinium will bloom late in the season its first year, then on schedule thereafter. It does best in full sun or, in warmer climates, partial shade. Once the plant is established, shear it back almost to the ground right after flowering to encourage a second bloom in fall.
