Lonicera japonica 'Halliana' (Hall's Honeysuckle) offers pure white flowers which exude a heady scent on warm midsummer to early autumn evenings, the flowers turning soft yellow with age.
'Halliana' is often used on porches, growing 15 to 30 feet in sun or shade, but it's also ideal to prevent erosion on banks. Zones 4-9.
