This collection is comprised of 3 components.
Acer palmatum 'Beni Schichihenge'
41571. Its name means "red and changeful," which perfectly describes the foliage. Each leaf boasts 5 to 7 lobes varying in size, shape, and coloring. New spring foliage is dark green with a silvery-white margin and splashes of orange-pink, with bright crimson stems that keep their color till frost. In autumn, the leaves turn brilliant shades of orange and gold. One of the few Japanese Maples with a spring and summer show equal to its fall display, it reaches just 6 to 8 feet tall and 5 to 6 feet wide in sun to part shade.
Qty 1 Trade Gallon (3qt). Zones 5 - 8.
Acer palmatum 'Shaina'
47764. This bushy, neatly-mounded dwarf tree sports deep red foliage from spring through summer, then blazes crimson in fall. This is a rare "whitches broom" sport of 'Bloodgood' that never needs trimming.
Qty 1 Trade Gallon (3qt). Zones 5 - 9.
Acer 'Emerald Lace'
47108. Finally, a vigorous dissected Japanese Maple-spectacularly beautiful, fast-growing and robust. Its foliage is lacier and a deeper green than most dissectums, turning to burgundy red in fall.
Qty 1 Trade Gallon (3qt). Zones 5 - 8.
