More Flowers than You Can Imagine
This Coreopsis is sterile, so it devotes all its energy to making new flowers!
Plant Patent #18,560. For 4 months or more, this intrepid Coreopsis flowers profusely atop bushy, dense, mounded foliage. These 1 1/2-inch blooms are lighter than most Coreopsis, a creamy color punctuated by a frizzy orange eye and startling maroon circle at the base of the petals. A sport of C. 'Nana,' 'Snowberry' is a tirelessly floriferous variety that butterflies love and cutflower gardeners cannot do without. Useful as edging, in the front of the border, and even in containers, it is a carefree choice for the sun-soaked garden or patio. 'Snowberry' stands 26 inches high and slightly wider, and because it is sterile, it won't self-sow, but concentrates instead on sending up ever more buds and blooms! Deadhead the flowers promptly for even faster rebloom. Zones 6-9.
