Striking Contrast of Pink and Bronze!

Produces masses of blooms all summer long!

Simply the longest- and heaviest-blooming Hardy Geranium we have ever grown, 'Orkney Cherry' produces masses of blooms from early summer until the first severe cold snap! Its bright pink blooms show complexity in spidery cerise veins and white throats - breathtaking against the finely-cut dark bronze foliage. This floriferous Geranium is hardy to -20 degrees Fahrenheit but can also be brought indoors in winter north of Zone 5. Never reaching over 10 inches tall and 24 inches wide, it makes a striking container plant, mixing well with other pink flowers and dark-colored foliage plants.

Rarely bothered by deer, rabbits, or other pests, 'Orkney Cherry' spreads fast and fills in bare patches without choking out neighboring plants. This is one of the most low-maintenance Hardy Geraniums we've come across that produces blooms so prolifically - a true garden gem! Zones 5-8.
