Each leaf is just 2 inches long, sporting a gleaming white center surrounded by a bold, irregular margin of blue-green. Very abundantly produced, the foliage is many-layered and full on plants just 4 to 6 inches high and 8 to 10 inches wide. 'Pandora's Box' beautifully fills a 4-inch pot, looks splendid in mixed container plantings, and stands out in the trough or small-setting shade garden.

In midsummer, bell-shaped purple blooms float above the foliage, which keeps its colors nicely even in hot summer climates.
