Brilliant coral-orange branches glow in the winter gloom!

Colorful year-round!
From its elegant dwarf form to its semi-weeping habit to its nonstop color show, this Japanese Willow is a rare treasure deserving a special place in your garden! Just a few feet tall, it sports leaves of stunning creamy-pink from spring till fall -- even through summer heat! Then, after the leaves pass and winter has descended on the landscape, it glows brightly with magnificent coral-orange stems, standing out dramatically against a snowy backdrop!

A good choice to plant beside a low wall, where its branches can "weep" over the edge, this Willow is compact enough for a large container, yet creates a huge impact with its combination of color and habit. In the garden it may grow as tall as 5 feet, but can be pruned easily to 2 feet. Best in sun to part shade, it thrives in any well-drained soil in zones 4-8.

I planted this two years ago, and it is already about 5 feet tall and is covered in buds, just waiting to throw out new leaves for this spring. It is interesting in height, habit, and color. My husband loves it too. This was one of the best plants I've ever included in our garden. Love it!
