Small Packages Hosta Collection
'Blue Mouse Ears' offers a snug mound of small, rounded blue-green leaves, each just 2¾ inches long and 2 inches wide. A mutation of H. 'Blue Cadet', it sports lavender blooms held just above the foliage, and keeps its blue tones well in summer heat.
Hans Hansen has done it again--'Cameo' is a jewel of a Hosta. This reverse sport of H. 'Pandora's Box' offers small, beautifully rounded leaves of green with creamy edges. Just right for containers, the front of the border, and accent plantings, it sports purple flowers on 12-inch scapes for several weeks, and tolerates some sun.
No Hosta display is complete without the unique "folded leaf" beauty of 'Praying Hands'! Each long, pointed dark green leaf is held straight up on its stem, its sides curled neatly inward, displaying its slender gold margins to best effect. The vertical gold coloring almost looks corrugated, and the leaves have a slightly crinkled texture. Utterly distinctive, it reaches 14 inches tall, 18 inches wide in part shade. Zones 3-8.
