The high-impact complementary color mix of Honey Heavenyellow, purple, and violetis not only aesthetically pleasing but it's also bee pleasing. The bulbs in this Bee & Bumblebee 'Honey Heaven' Bulb Blend collection are always anxious for spring, occasionally sending shoots up through fresh snow, and offer pollinators an early season meal at a time of year when resources are not always readily available.
The decorative box contains 50 pcs: 14 Crocus chrysanthus 'Dorothy', small goblet-shaped yellow flowers with fine bronze lining; 16 Crocus tommasinianus 'Barr's Purple', small goblet-shaped flowers with white throats; 3 Narcissus jonquilla 'Baby Moon', soft golden yellow miniature daffodil with 3-5 small, sweetly scented flowers per stem; 7 Eranthis cilicica, upward-facing, buttercup-like bright yellow flowers on 3-4" stalks; and 10 Iris reticulata 'Harmony', large deep blue flowers with gold crests, white streaks, and a fragrance.
Easily grown in average, medium moisture, well-drained soils, Bee & Bumblebee 'Honey Heaven' Bulb Blend should be planted in full to part sun with shady areas behind the planting, since flowers seek out the sun.
