This delicately colored Oriental Lily is a true show-stopper. Capable of being the highlight of a flower bed yet hardy enough to surround your border, guests to your home will also delight in taking these in a bouquet of cut flowers.
This upward facing bloom mimics the natural coloring and pattern of a salmon with pale and distinctive pink undertones with darker magenta spots. With streaks of subtle orange or yellow/green peeking out of it's center, the effect is charming.
Salmon Star is easy to grow and requires limited maintenance to reach its full height of 28 to 36 inches tall. With proper care and soil treatment, (it prefers cool soil), this beautiful flower will come back every year with blooms that increase in size and vitality and attract butterflies. Zones 3-9.
