Description
A new and distinct cultivar, Coreopsis 'Super Star' boasts the largest flowers of any Coreopsis on the market, weighing in at 2.5-3.5 inches. The large yellow flowers have raspberry centers and are held on upright stems, which makes Coreopsis 'Super Star' appealing cut flowers. And of course, they're magnets for bees and butterflies.
Coreopsis 'Super Star' is frost tolerant and mildew and deer resistant. For best performance, fertilize once a month and prune back 20% of the plant after blooming to promote full flowering in summer and fall.
