An exceptional groundcover, growing a low canopy of heart-shaped leaves that fully blanket the ground with their striking patterns. The distinctive flowers develop in spring, bearing a wide variety of colors, but all known for their dangling four-cornered blooms, which have earned the Genus the nickname Bishop's Hat. So versatile it's known by a variety of names including fairy wings, barrenwort, Epimedium, and bishop's hat.
