Description
Known as a pearlbush, this little shrub certainly lives up to its name. It is is covered in white round flower buds resembling a string of pearls during the early spring. The buds open to clear white blooms that completely cover the plant in April and May, attracting early butterflies and visitors to your landscape. Flowers are borne on previous year's growth so prune right after flowering for best upkeep.
