Description / Knock Out® Shrub Rose
All America Rose Selections 2000
ADR Award, Germany 2002
World Federation of Rose Societies Rose Hall of Fame 2018
A shrub rose, Knock Out® grows vigorously and flowers heavily in continuous waves over a long season, from late spring to late fall, persisting until hard frost. Borne in small clusters, the 3-inch, rich cherry red single blooms have 7 to 11 petals and a subtle, sweet fragrance. Flowers are suitable for cutting and display.
The medium-sized bush has a rounded, bushy habit and is black spot resistant, drought tolerant, and self-cleaning. Easy to grow, this shrub rose requires little to no maintenance, a good choice for beginners. Use in mixed beds, hedges, and borders.
