Peonies are exceptionally long-lived and given their preferred sun-drenched to dapple-shaded spot, they will grace a garden with their beauty for many, many years. And this perennial is an extremely strong grower and hardy to Zone 3.
Bouquet Perfect's anemone flowers are small and delicate for a peony, but they make up for it with their saturated dark magenta color, red-tipped stamens, and light fragrance. Since the flowers are on the smaller side and the stems are strong and erect, they require no extra support from peony hoops and make perfect bouquets.
Its elegant, deeply lobed, dark green foliage and clumping habit make it a good choice for a border or landscape plant.
