Description
This Proven Winners® color combo of dark magenta-violet flower clusters and bright green foliage really pops in the garden. The fragrant flowers attract bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds and make vibrant additions to cut arrangements.
A beloved garden favorite, providing a long summer bloom, phlox is shown to best effect when mass planted, whether in the landscape or in a border, but is also well suited to containers. Easy to grow, this upright perennial performs best in sunny locations with consistently moist, well-drained soil and benefits from regular fertilization. Although good air circulation is recommended, this improved variety exhibits better disease resistance than typical phlox.
