Description / Sedum SunSparkler® 'Wildfire' Stonecrop

Showcasing vivid cherry red succulent foliage and glowing clusters pink summer flowers, Sedum SunSparkler® 'Wildfire' truly lives up to its name. Some plants are only interesting when they're in full bloom, but stonecrop stay appealing for most of the year. Sedum SunSparkler® 'Wildfire' blooms through fall, breathing new life into a relatively quiet season for the garden. This perennial is compact and a breeze to grow, needing next to no maintenance to rise and thrive in your garden. Sedum SunSparkler® 'Wildfire' is a durable plant that is native to mountainous areas making it quite comfortable in rocky terrain. If you've got a rough, uneven patch of land you'd like to spruce up with some color look no further than 'Wildfire' sedum. While it looks phenomenal in the ground it is also a feisty beauty in containers as well. Like most of its kind this succulent plant doesn't need a lot of moisture and performs best in well-drained soil.

This is a fabulous sedum for the garden and especially for perennial containers! What incredible color and hardness! I use this sedum in my toughest spots, full hot baking sun in pots, and it thrives and grows! It makes a wonderful mound and pop of color wherever you place it! Divides well and rebounds beautifully when transplanted. Highly recommended!
