Plant Patent #6,725. Cultivar name: 'JACient'.

Named to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Tournament of Roses, this AARS winning grandiflora is certainly worthy of its title. Pointed coral buds open to magnificent, high-centered, 4-inch pink blooms with paler pink edges, and continue to flower over a long spring to fall bloom season. Its impressive bloom clusters are held aloft on strong, 15-inch long stems, giving you a lush bouquet with just one snip.

Upright and very vigorous, 'Tournament of Roses' is easy to grow and offers excellent disease resistance. It reaches 3 to 4 feet tall and wide, and is cloaked in glossy, medium green foliage that provides a lovely backdrop to the pale pink blooms.
