Description

2019 New Introduction

There's nothing simple about this rose, except its care. This newest member of the Simplicity family will not fail to wow you with its amazingly vibrant blooms in varying shades of purple.

Simplicity Roses are known for their quick and effortless growth habits, and this rose is no different. Each bloom varies in color from light to dark purple, and the color even seems to change throughout the season. The amazing different colored purple blooms contrast against dark green, glossy foliage. Unlike other Simplicity roses, Ultra Violet produces strong clove fragrance that will stop you in your tracks as you pass by. Adding to its already full list of qualifications is its great resistance to rust, powdery mildew, and black spot so you don't need to worry about it in your garden. Add it to beds, borders, or anywhere you want some purple perfection in your landscape.

Lovely rose!

This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars

Ultra Violet is a lovely healthy rose in my zone 4b/borderline5 garden. It struggled a little to get going as it was a bareroot plant that had some issues in the mail (not the seller's fault) but is now covered in buds and the first blooms are open. It is a little more pink than I expected but makes a lovely transition between my pink roses and my purple roses. The foliage is excellently healthy, a bright glossy green, and the bush is staying a nice shape.
