Echinacea Mixed Coneflower is a hardy perennial mix known for bright color, strong stems, and exceptional value to pollinators. Also called coneflower, this easy to grow mix produces tall, daisy like blooms in a random mix of magenta, white, yellow, orange, purple, and pink. Native to the southeastern United States, echinacea is naturally deer resistant and well adapted to a wide range of garden conditions.
Blooming from July through September, this upright perennial reaches 3 to 4 feet tall and provides reliable mid summer interest. Bumble bees, hummingbirds, and butterflies are strongly attracted to the fragrant flowers, making this mix an excellent choice for pollinator gardens and naturalized plantings. Plants usually rebloom without deadheading, though removing spent flowers improves overall appearance. Leaving seed heads in place allows plants to self seed freely.
Echinacea Mixed Coneflower performs best in full sun to light shade with medium moisture and well prepared soil.
