    This tough and vigorous rose will bear beautifully ruffled rosette blooms in a shade of vibrant pink. These blooms will hold their vibrancy throughout the season. The foliage begins its life as a bronze and later maturing into a deep emerald green. Each bloom emits a strong, pure, sweet old rose fragrance that reminds us of the classic blooms of years ago.

    'Harlow Carr' grows in an excellent bushy habit with upright and vigorous foliage. It will mature into a rounded shrub with its flowers almost to ground level. It will be a standout in the border, or as a short hedge rose.
