Grown as annuals, the Maché™ Mix Ranunculus varieties are a seed-propagated strain of Persian buttercup that bring bold, romantic color to late spring and early summer gardens. Beloved by florists, these lush, cup-shaped double blooms feature densely ruffled, paper-thin petals that resemble a peony crossed with a tea rose. The vibrant mix showcases a painter?s palette of crayon-box colors?white, cream, rose, orange, pink, red, purple, pastel blends, and a yellow-vanilla bicolor medley. Set atop tall, sturdy stems, the lightly fragrant flowers attract pollinators and hummingbirds, and they make beautiful, long-lasting cuts for spring arrangements.

These Persian buttercups are easy to grow in the right conditions. They thrive in full sun and sandy, slightly acidic soil with excellent drainage.
