Description
Noted for its incredible flower production and long blooming season the award winning Hibiscus 'Diana' is a bushy deciduous shrub with elegant, pure white flowers that have delicate wavy petals. Unlike most hardy Hibiscus, they remain open into the evening and bloom continuously from midsummer to frost. They stand out against the green foliage of the broad leaves which warms up to a stunning golden yellow in the fall. It won the Award of Garden Merit of the Royal Horticultural Society and the Gold Medal of the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society. It's tolerant of drought, salt, heat, and humidity, and is even deer resistant. It makes a great foundation planting or informal hedge. A hardy, versatile undemanding shrub that will last for years with little effort. It is ideal to brighten any garden.
