Wrong Color 1 people found this helpfulI received a healthy bareroot plant in the spring and promptly planted it. It grew slowly, but finally started taking off late summer. It even gave a couple blooms near the end of August. Unfortunately, those blooms were red, not the light pink/white of a honeymoon. I had kept the tag on the plant in case there any issues and contacted customer service. I was told that because it was outside of the normal return window (90 days after receipt), they won't do anything about it. The plant is healthy, but now I have a rose that is the wrong color. I will either need to buy another one to get the one I wanted or trim back and move this rose to an area where it won't clash with the color scheme. I understand having return policies, but there was no way of knowing I received the wrong color within 90 days as a bareroot rose is always going to take longer than that to bloom in my zone. I am very disappointed.
