In fact, it requires just three steps: plant, water, relax—success.
This newly improved variety of bigleaf hydrangea is a heavy rebloomer. Flowers are bright red with a white background. They simply glow against a backdrop of dark green to purple foliage, which gets darker throughout the summer. Even though this shrub is compact, it's vigorous and fills a pot quickly.
