You can expect about 4lbs of delectable gourmet mushrooms altogether.
Want to wait a little to start your mushrooms? No problem, you can refrigerate the spawn for 3 to 6 months and you're good to go. Please do not freeze the spawn and don't let them sit in sunlight.

Shiitake Fruiting Countertop kit 0 people found this helpfulThe mushrooms started growing within 7 days of receiving the kit. i just have to keep it away from our kitten I use a plastic container with holes to keep it off. I would recommend this to everyone who loves Shiitake mushrooms. Easy to take care of.
